    Jen has helped design, transform and grow public & private organizations around the world, in universities, government agencies, rural villages, nonprofits and social ventures, and Fortune 500 companies.

    Jen has been a guest lecturer at numerous conferences, academic institutions, and professional associations.

    Among Jen’s publications is an encyclopedia of positive questions titled Positive Family Dynamics: Appreciative Inquiry Questions that Bring Out the Best in Families.

    Jen serves on the Board of Social Enterprise Greenhouse, where she mentors social entrepreneurs from start-up to incubation and growth.

    In 2007 and 2011 Jen was honored by Providence Business News as a “Forty Under 40” award recipient for demonstrating outstanding leadership and service to her community.
